Brazilian esports organization FURIA has officially announced the signing of Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo and Marcelo “chelo” Cespedes. The duo had left FURIA last night and this morning, respectively, ahead of the announcement by FURIA.
The СS:GO community had been waiting in anticipation for the first half of this move for some time as FURIAâs interest in FalleN had been first reported by Jairo “Foxer” Junior of Game Arena on May 29.While there were reports by Dust2 Brasil that negotiations had stalled over a buyout price, FURIA were the primary suitors for FalleN after paiN elected to search elsewhere for their own overhaul.
As for chelo, FURIAâs interest in the player was first reported by Dust2 Brasil on June 15, fueling further speculation that the duo would become a package deal as FURIA looked to overhaul their roster heading into Counter-Strike 2.
