FACEIT Will Allow Users to Buy Nicknames of Inactive Accounts

FACEIT is introducing a new feature that allows users to buy nicknames from inactive accounts that have not been used for 12 months. Those wishing to purchase a unique nickname, which was previously unavailable due to inactive accounts, can now get a unique one. FACEIT has sent notifications to owners of such accounts, warning them of the possibility of losing their nickname if they don’t log in within a week.

It also turned out that premium FACEIT customers will be able to get a free nickname once every three months. Those who use the platform without a subscription will have to pay $5 or 5000 points to buy a nickname.

The feature complements this month’s platform updates to improve game servers in North America and expand the store’s assortment with new collections.

Recall that FACEIT has established leagues for games such as Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2.
