BetBoom has taken Vladislav ‘nafany’ Gorshkov and Aleksandr ‘KaiR0N-‘ Anashkin off their roster and added the pair to the transfer list, as announced by the Russian organization on Tuesday. This decision follows the team’s unsuccessful attempt to qualify for the Shanghai Major.
BetBoom ended up in eighth position at the EU RMR A tournament, narrowly missing a spot at the Major after losing to GamerLegion in a tense decider for seventh place. This marks the second major disappointment for the Russian team this year, as they also did not succeed in qualifying for the Copenhagen Major.
‘nafany’ and ‘KaiR0N-‘ joined BetBoom in July 2023, when the Russian organization entered Counter-Strike. Their benching leaves Pavel ‘s1ren’ Ogloblin and Aleksandr ‘zorte’ Zagodyrenko as the last original players after Danil ‘danistzz’ Roslyakov was replaced by Kirill ‘Magnojez’ Rodnov in March.
