Aurora has rendered Viktor ‘Lack1’ Boldyrev inactive following their 12-14th place result at the European RMR. This decision leaves the roster with just three players after Denis ‘deko’ Zhukov chose to step back from competition to take a break.
‘Lack1’, a supportive player and previous in-game leader, has been a part of Aurora since it was founded in August 2022 but has yet to participate in any significant events. This includes the Majors, where ‘Lack1’ has not been able to build on his one and only Major appearance with Entropiq at Stockholm, despite achieving some online success alongside young talents like ‘deko’ and Evgeny ‘r3salt’ Frolov.
A notably disappointing Shanghai RMR for ‘Lack1’ has delivered the final blow, as he achieved a 0.76 rating in what has turned out to be his last event with the team.
