What has Changed in GTA 5 Enhanced?
The updated version received ray tracing, faster load times, support for FSR 1, FSR 3, and DLSS 3 upscalers for better performance, DualSense gamepad compatibility, and Dolby Atmos sound. Loading is now almost instantaneous, just like on modern consoles.

Players can now visit Hao’s Special Works workshop, where exclusive vehicle modifications are available, including five new cars and 20 models for tuning. All players will now have access to the following vehicles:

PC players can now rely on the GTA+ subscription service for bonuses and unique benefits.

Career Progress has been implemented for GTA Online. What Will Happen to the Old Version of GTA V?
Owners of the original version of GTA 5 can upgrade to the enhanced version for free. You just need to download a client called GTA V Enhanced from the library to do this.
Rockstar Games emphasized that it will continue supporting the classic version, which is available in users’ digital libraries under GTA V Legacy. Players can transfer the story mode saves of the basic GTA 5 to the enhanced version.
Conclusion
Please note that you can only transfer a character once! There is no synchronization between versions!
This means that if you hurry up and transfer your main character to Enhanced, but you are not satisfied with the FPS and go back to play on Legacy, all the progress you achieve (e.g., money earned) will not be automatically transferred to Enhanced but will remain on Legacy. When you start Enhanced again, a character will be in the state after copying.
Also, remember that there is no crossplay between versions: you won’t be able to play with people on Enhanced if they stay on Legacy. Transfer your account to Enhanced only when you are sure you will not return to Legacy, and you will only play your character on Enhanced.
