VCT Masters Toronto Schedule and Format
The tournament will take place from June 7 to June 22, 2025. This event is designed for maximum viewer enjoyment, dividing the competition into two key phases: the Swiss Stage and the Playoffs.
Swiss Stage (June 7 – June 11)
The first part of the tournament will feature eight teams. The second and third-place representatives from each international league compete in the Swiss Stage. Here’s how it will unfold:

- Match Structure: The opening round matches will feature second-place teams playing against third-place teams from different regions. All matches will be best-of-three.
- Elimination: The teams that lose two matches will be eliminated from the tournament, reducing the competitors to the top four, who will advance to the playoffs.

The playoffs will consist of a traditional double-elimination bracket format:
- Participants: The top four teams from the Swiss Stage will join the 1st seed teams that qualified through their respective regional tournaments.
- Match Structure: All matches will be best of three, except the Lower finals and Grand finals, which will be best of five.

Master’s Toronto Prize Distruption
Apart of the Master’s Toronto winner title, teams are also competing for the $1,000,000 prize pool. Here’s how the money breaks down:

- 3rd Place: $125,000 and 4 VCT Points
