Oleksandr ‘s1mpleâ ‘ Kostyliev is set to be loaned to the Falcons from Natus Vincere for three months. Both teams have officially confirmed this arrangement, and the Saudi organization has announced the duration of the loan.
The starting five of the team has welcomed a 26-year-old player to replace Ãlvaro ‘SunPayus’ GarcÃa. ‘SunPayus’, a skilled Spanish AWPer, had been Falcons’standout performer, consistently maintaining an impressive average rating of 1.13 over the course of his nine-month tenure with the team.
Since their formation, the Falcons have faced ongoing challenges. Despite making it to the semi-finals of IEM Katowice earlier in the year, the team has gradually fallen out of the top 10 rankings andfailed to demonstrate significant progress. They have experienced early eliminations from most of the events they have participated in, consistently struggling in the group stages.
After being eliminated from the BLAST Premier Fall Final, Coach Danny ‘zonic’ Sørensen emphasized the importance of making changes, and now those changes have been made. The transfer of ‘s1mple’ has been in the works since before September 22, when the Major rosters were locked. It’s worth noting that ‘s1mple’ is signed on as a substitute and will be participating in the upcoming RMR event.
‘s1mple’, a highly acclaimed professional Counter-Strike player, has been honored as the HLTV Player of the Year three times and has been a runner-up twice. After a year-long hiatus from competitive play, he made a comeback with the team Falcons, participating in a best-of-three series against Metizport at the BLAST Spring Showdown, which unfortunately ended in defeat for his team.
