The League of Legends Patch 25.21 is here, and Riot made it bee-autiful! The company decided to implement some important systemic changes in various aspects, such as early lane aggression. Moreover, the new patch has the Act 2 Pass that will double the currency in celebration of Worlds 2025. We already made a preview of some of the changes to LoL Patch 25.21, but now it is time to dive deeper.

Season 3 Act 2 Battle Pass
The biggest highlight in the new League of Legends Patch 25.21 is the Season 3 Act 2 Battle Pass. According to Riot, this will be the last seasonal pass of the year and completing it will give you access to Beeko, Mecha Kingdom Skarner, and Prestige Eternal Aspect Zoe. Alongside them, you will get all the emotes, icons, and more.
Since the pass arrives during Worlds 2025, it will have a special treat. All currencies across the 48 levels will be doubled, and a portion of the funds will be shared with the teams. You can check the full list of prices by reading the news release.
ARAM Mayhem – New Mode
The LoL Patch 25.21 also allows players to access the newest game mode called ARAM Mayhem. It will be like a classic 5v5 matchup, but in a single lane. Riot also added a new feature, allowing you to choose one of three augments.
The new mode will be available until patch 25.24, so be sure to put it to the test.
Practice Tool & mac OS Changes
Alongside everything mentioned so far, the newest LoL patch will also have a new and improved Practice Tool. The game will allow you to use any champion in the Practice Tool before purchasing and playing against others.
Regarding the changes to Mac OS and DirectX 11, Riot will now require you to have at least Metal for Mac and the latter for Windows in order to play.
Champion & Item Changes
It comes as no surprise that the League of Legends Patch 25.21 also has tons of different champion changes. There is a lot to talk about, but we recommend checking the changelog before deciding what to get. With that said, here are just some of the changes you can expect.
- Diana’s passive now deals 280% Monster Damage instead of 300%.
- Ezreal’s attack damage growth is now 3.25 instead of 2.75.
- Gwen’s starting HP is 625 instead of 600, and her HP growth is 125 instead of 100. Moreover, her Attack Speed Growth is now 2.25% instead of 2.50%.
As for item Changes, Riot also has a few of them. Catalyst of Aeons, for example, now grants 300 HP instead of 350. We already mentioned the Doran’s Shield and Blade changes in our patch preview, so they are here as well.
Skins
Riot also decided that the LoL Patch 25.21 is a good time to give us access to new skins. One of them is the Genesis Nightbringer Yasuo. He will be paired up with the Mythic Varient Emote as an A-Tier Drop.
The new LoL Patch will also have the Nexus Finisher “Twilight Surge”. You will be able to get it for 250 Mythic Essence.
