Park “Morgan” Ru-han has been a part of OKSavingsBank BRION for over 5 years, but it seems like he has decided he wants a change. As a result, Morgan will join Team Liquid and will be the team’s new toplaner for the 2026 LCK season.
Morgan to Join Team Liquid
This is definitely a big change and something that Team Liquid fans will be looking forward to. The South Korean superstar will replace Jeong “Impact” Eon-young after he announced his departure. Liquid’s fans were devastated by his decision, but the good news is that the squad found a worthy replacement.
Morgan’s addition to the team was not easy because he had to prove himself. Team Liquid held tryouts in Korea and was interested in a couple of players, such as Song “Clear” Hyeon-min. In the end, however, Liquid chose to stick to Morgan.
The player will be Liquid’s top laner for the 2026 Season and he will make his first steps in North America. Before that, the Korean star played in the LPL before making a name for himself at BRION.
There is no arguing that Morgan will allow Team Liquid to become one of the toughest NA opponents. However, he has the task of filling the shoes of Impact, one of the most respected names in the LCS. The latter was one of the big reasons why Team Liquid dominated the local stage, including a slot for the First Stand tournament.
Sadly, the event in question did not help the team achieve its goals, and as a result, Liquid experienced a series of poor results. Fans hope that Morgan and the other new additions will “revive” the sleeping giant and return it to success.
Here is how Team Liquid’s LoL roster looks after the changes:
- Park “Morgan” Ru-han – Toplane
- Brandon Joel “Josedeodo” Villegas – Jungle
- Lim “Quid” Hyeon-seung – Midlane
- Sean “Yeon” Sung – ADC
- Jo “CoreJJ” Young-in – Support
