After an impressive Fall Invitational performance, the Rebels secured a spot in the Elisa Masters Espoo. They dominated the Swiss group stage and concluded their playoff journey with a thrilling 2-1 victory over Sashi in the grand final.
The Fall Invitational featured eight teams, including Rebels, who received a direct invitation. The remaining seven teams were matched up against those who had advanced from the Fall Contenders tournament.
The Polish team performed exceptionally well in the Swiss group stage, securing a flawless 3-0 record. However, they faced a challenging match against Into the Breach in the playoffs’ opening round. Despite initially holding a commanding 10-2 lead on Vertigo, they unfortunately faltered and ultimately lost the map 11-13. Nevertheless, they displayed their dominance onMirage and Ancient, allowing them to secure a well-deserved victory and advance to the next stage.
In a surprising turn of events, the Rebels thwarted Hampus ‘hampusâ ‘Poser’s debut on Johnny Speeds, denying them the opportunity to advance to the playoffs despite a direct invite. Rebels then went on to defeatZero Tenacity in the semi-finals, setting the stage for an intense showdown against Sashi for a chance to secure a spot in Finland.
The team led by Nicolai ‘HUNDEN’ Petersen received a direct invitation to the playoffs. They fought their way through TSM and OG to secure a spot in the final. In the decisive match, they dominated Rebels on Nuke, gaining a significant lead.
