Matches Overview
ATOX vs. Falcons
ATOX vs. Falcons – ESL Pro League 20
Mongolian team ATOX faces European team Falcons. Falcons are known for having a rich organization that bought every good player they could at the start. However, their results don’t seem successful so far, and they have lost six games in a row. It is their chance to stop their losing streak, take their win, and gain some confidence, but no one knows what to expect from the Mongolian team as well, so it might be hard for Falcons.
Liquid vs. Virtus.pro
Liquid vs. VIrtus.pro – ESL Pro League 20
North American team Liquid against CIS-based team Virtus.pro. The winner of this match gets straight to the playoff stage, so both teams should give their all and show who is the better team at the moment. These two teams met before at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024, and Liquid won with a 2-0 score, but the first map was close and ended up with a 22-20 score in overtime. It is Virtus.pro’s chance to take revenge and Liquid’s chance to keep dominance over VP.
Vitality vs. FURIA
Vitality vs. FURIA – ESL Pro League 20
Vitality seem like the best team in the world at the moment while FURIA only won against Falcons at this point and it doesn’t seem to be something big since Falcons are in a bad shape. Winner of this match gets to the playoff stage and Vitality should be the winner here based on recent results and both teams level.
ENCE vs. RED Canids
ENCE vs. RED Canids – ESL Pro League 20
European team ENCE recently changed their coach right before the ESL Pro League started here in a match against Brazilian team RED Canids. RED Canids did great in their own region but lost their game against Virtus.pro in the opening match. ENCE is in bad shape right now, but the teams they played and lost against were much better than RED Canids, so it is hard to say if they’re stronger here, and RED Canids might surprise them here.
BIG vs. Fnatic
BIG vs. Fnatic – ESL Pro League 20
BIG lost their opening match against Imperial but recovered in a game against Rooster and won with a 2-0 score. Fnatic, on the other side, won their opening match against Astralis and lost the next one against M80 with a 0-2 score. These two teams met at YaLLa Compass 2024, and fnatic won with a 13-10 score. The loser of this match will go to the Last Chance Stage, so it’s time to show their best for both teams here.
Complexity vs. MOUZ
Complexity vs. MOUZ – ESL Pro League 20
North American team Complexity against one of the best European teams MOUZ. Complexity lost their opening match against M80 with a 0-2 score and won the next one with a 2-0 score against Astralis. MOUZ won their opening match against Rooster with a 2-1 score but lost the next one against Imperial with a 0-2 score. MOUZ might not be in their best shape right now, so it is a good chance for Complexity to take that win, but since the loser of this match will drop to the Last Chance Stage, MOUZ will try to play their best, and it is not going to be easy for any team here.
