According to sources close to BLIX, Black Dragons is looking to make further changes to its Rainbow Six Siege roster. The new comes after VinÃcius “live” Monteiro announced his departure from the roster on October 26, entering into free agency after ten months under Black Dragons.
It is understood that Vinicius “Patoxy” Lima could be the next piece to leave the lineup, BLIX has learned. In Patoxy and live’s places, Black Dragons are reportedly looking at NUXGA and Darkeys, two young names that recently competed in the final Last Chance Qualifier for the Brazil League 2023 Stage 2.
After a positive performance in Stage 2 of the Brazil League, Black Dragons ended up being surprised by Vivo Keyd Stars Academy in the LCQ of the Atlanta Major, ending the team’s hopes of being present at an international event in 2023. This failure among underwhelming results across 2023 has led Black Dragons to reevaluate their lineup heading into 2024.
If the organization signs NUXGA and Darkeys, Black Dragons will add even more young guns to the squad as Gabriel “AsK” Santos, Vinicius “stemp” Stempnhak and Roberto “Loira” Camargo are all still regarded as relatively fresh faces in the Brazilian.
BLIX’s sources say that along with changes to the roster, the future of coach Igor “freezao” Silva is still undefined within the team.
