The 2023 DPC Tour 3 Division I is finally over, which means we already know the names of all Dota 2 teams that will head to The Bali Major 2023. The latter will be the last Major before The International 2023, including the best teams. Of course, we can watch DreamLeague Season 20 before that, so check our in-depth overview of the event.
Tour 3 was as interesting as the previous one because we saw a lot of surprising results. Ultimately, the best teams in the world lived up to the expectations, meaning we will see them in action in Indonesia. This event will have a $500K prize and provide 3500 DPC, making it extremely important. Of course, we will have a separate article about it in a few weeks because the event will take place on June 29.
With that said, this article will go over all teams that have qualified for the last Major. So let’s learn more about each one.

Westen Europe
The world’s most competitive Dota 2 region was a joy to watch because we saw tons of excellent matches. Similar to Tour 2, there were a lot of surprises, such as Team Secret and OG’s failure to secure a major slot. Fortunately, we will see some of the best in The Bali Major 2023.
Tundra Esports
One Dota 2 team in WEU was above the rest, and its name is Tundra Esports. Some people may find it difficult to believe that a team could finish first in Division I without losing a single series, but Tundra achieved that.
Nine and his crew won 7 matches in a row and became the first squad from Western Europe that will attend The Bali Major 2023. The squad knows how to use the meta to its advantage, so it will be intriguing to follow its performance against the best in the world.
Gaimin Gladiators
The second slot from Western Europe goes to the winner of the last three tournaments and, arguably, the best team in the world. Gaimin Gladiators lost two matches but won every other clash, meaning it had no problems qualifying. Quinn and the rest will want to defend their titles from the First and Second Majors, so many players think the squad will win again.
Quest Esports
Quest Esports was one of the teams that surprised us during the Tour 3 Division I. We didn’t expect Ammar’s team to be among the best 4, but the squad performed much better than we thought. Of course, we’re yet to see it against the best from other parts of the world.
Team Liquid
Last but not least, we have one of the most dominant teams lately. Even though TL was among the big favorites for The Bali Major 2023, the squad had some problems along the way. Fortunately, we will see the Dota 2 powerhouse in an epic battle against the best in the world.
Eastern Europe
Although we came close to seeing a surprising Top 3 finish in Eastern Europe’s Tour 3 Division I, this wasn’t the case. Instead, the best teams in the region qualified for The Bali Major 2023.
Team Spirit
The International 10 champions finished first in Division I without losing a single series. Even though it lost one game in almost all of its matches, the result is impressive because EEU is one of the most competitive regions in Dota 2.
BetBoom Team
The second place in Division I was for the big favorite in the region. BB Team had no problems against anyone aside from Team Spirit. GPK’s squad is definitely one of the big favorites in the last Major, so we can’t wait to see it in action.
9Pandas
The last team that made it to The Bali Major 2023 is 9Pandas. RAMZES666 and his crew had an explosive start in Tour 3, but it wasn’t enough to finish first. Sadly, the team wasn’t able to overcome its two main competitors, so it finished third in Division I.
China
It’s about time to see the best teams in China dominate the international scene. Some of the squads that will attend The Bali Major 2023 definitely have what it takes, so we can’t wait to see them in action.
PSG.LGD
The Mighty PSG.LGD will be the first Chinese representative at The Bali Major 2023 and will be one of the big names to keep an eye on. The players only lost 1 match in Tour 3 of the DPC, so it definitely has what it takes to win the event.
Invictus Gaming
Following the team’s disappointing results in the Last Major and DreamLeague Season 19, we didn’t expect to see iG here. However, the Chinese squad only lost two matches and secured its slot in the competition.
Team Aster
Of course, we can’t talk about The Bali Major 2023 Chinese representatives and not mention Team Aster. Monet’s squad has been one of the best in the world for some time now, so we can’t wait to see it in action.
Azure Ray
The last team that will attend The Bali Major 2023 from China is Azure Ray. Somnus led his team to success after an epic match against Xtreme Gamin in the Tiebreaker. In the end, the team won and will have the honor of playing among the best.
SEA
The Southeast Asian Dota 2 scene is more interesting than ever because there are several big teams that have had the chance to qualify for the most important event of the year so far. In the end, some of the big players didn’t disappoint their fans.
Bleed Esports
Surprisingly, the first place in Division I went to none other than Bleed Esports. It seems like iceiceice and DuBu’s experience was enough for the team to defeat the big players in Division I and secure a slot for The Bali Major 2023.
Execration
The second team that will attend the last Major prior to The International 12 is Execration. Most people didn’t expect to see this team here, especially after its most recent results. However, EXC proved it deserves to be among the best at The Bali Major 2023.
Blacklist International
Even though we expected to see Talon Esports here, in the end, one of the Dota 2 superstar teams in SEA made it to Bali. Blacklist International had their best performance yet, so we can’t wait to see the squad against the best Dota 2 teams in the world.
North America
The North American Tour 3 Division I was the least interesting to watch because the best team here dominated. However, we won’t see TSM in Bali because Timado’s crew wasn’t able to overcome SR and nouns.
Shopify Rebellion
As expected, Shopify Rebellion finished first in Division I without losing a single series. In fact, Arteezy and his team only lost one map in the entire event, which means they’re the best Dota 2 squad in North America.
Nouns
After Moo and his team failed to qualify for any of the big tournaments in 2023, it’s finally time to see the squad in action. Nouns will go up against the best in the world at The Bali Major 2023 after it finished 2nd in Division I with just a single loss.
South America
Similar to the North American Dota 2 DPC, there were hardly any surprises in South America. The best teams here successfully defended their slots and will attend The Bali Major 2023.
Beastcoast
The first team from South America that will attend The Bali Major 2023 is beastcoast. The latter has been one of the best in the region for some time now, so people weren’t surprised it finished first.
Evil Geniuses
The second SA representative that will try to win the 3rd Major of the year is Evil Geniuses. EG has been one of the best in the world, so we can’t wait to see them going up against the other top-tier squads at The Bali Major 2023.
