It’s been a wild day for Alliance as the CS2 team secured an important victory at ROG Journey Spring 2026. The team defeated EYEBALLERS in the Grand Final and secured the big prize pool.
Alliance’s Victory at the ROG Journey Spring 2026
Even though the team won the ROG Journey Spring 2026, it’s safe to say that it was not easy for them to do that. The event kicked off really hard for them as the team secured a win against ReThink. Following that, Alliance failed to defeat EYEBALLERS, but the good news was that they defeated Young Ninjas. The latter allowed them to secure a slot for the playoffs.
Speaking of the playoffs, Alliance had to face GamerLegion in the first match, and it won. This gave it access to the semifinals, where the team won against Johnny Speeds. This was probably one of the most interesting clashes at the ROG Journey Spring 2026 so far.
After all of that, Alliance faced EYEBALLERS in the Grand Final. As mentioned, the team lost the first match, so it was eager to take revenge. Luckily, luck worked in their favor as Alliance ripped through their opponents and secured the trophy.
What Happens Next for Alliance?
The victory at ROG Journey Spring 2026 was really important for Alliance because they are in a position to receive a direct Major invitation. The Swedish squad has other challenges before that, however, sucha as the DraculaN Season 6. The event will be worth following because we will see the likes of Liquid and FaZe.
