The Serbian-based organization has chosen the Ukrainian AWPer Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov after a week of consideration, according to sources close to BLIX.GG.<\/p>\n
Team Spirit has been trying out several players but had to choose quickly as IEM Cologne Play-In will start just in 16 days.<\/p>\n
The team has been looking for a new player for this role after the departure of Abdul “degster” Gasanov, who couldn’t meet the organization’s relocation requirements and wanted to find a European team.<\/p>\n
Also, according to sources, degster and Spirit didn’t agree on the playstyle vision for the role of a sniper in-game.<\/p>\n
The last team for the 17-year-old Ukrainian was HellRaisers which released their roster at the beginning of the war in Ukraine. After that, w0nderful moved to Germany and was invited to FPL.<\/p>\n
With that said, Team Spirit’s roster will consist of:<\/p>\n
– Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov (IGL)
– Boris “magixx” Vorobiev
– Pavel “s1ren” Ogloblin
– Robert “Patsi” Isyanov
– Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov
– Sergey “hally” Shavaev (coach)
