After four years with the organization-less team, Corey ‘nettik’<\/strong>Browne has officially parted ways with Rooster<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sources indicated at the end of June that the 20-year-old was a top contender for a new team led by former Renegades <\/strong>and 100 Thieves<\/strong> in-game leader Aaron ‘AZR’ <\/strong>Ward, under the Hong Kong-based organization Talon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

‘nettik’ <\/strong>joined Rooster <\/strong>in February 2020 at 16 years old. Despite his age, he quickly became one of the team’s best performers and remained with the core team, also representing Paradox<\/strong>, for nearly four and a half years through various iterations.<\/p>\n

After exclusively competing in the Oceanic gaming community during the COVID-19 pandemic, ‘nettik’ <\/strong>was given the opportunity to compete internationally when Rooster <\/strong>secured qualification for two consecutive ESL Pro League<\/strong> seasons in 2023, along with the IEM Katowice 2024 Play-in<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In Season 18<\/strong> of the EPL<\/strong>, he showcased an outstanding performance by achieving a remarkable 1.39 rating<\/strong>. Despite a close loss to the 14th-ranked Monte <\/strong>squad in the world, his exceptional performance stood out.<\/p>\n
