1WIN <\/strong>has signed Abay ‘HObbit’ <\/strong>Khassenov from Cloud9<\/strong>, who will replace Rassim ‘Jyo’ <\/strong>Valijev on the team and join compatriots Timur ‘buster’ <\/strong>Tulepov, Sanzhar ‘neaLaN’ <\/strong>Iskhakov, and Aset ‘Solaar’ <\/strong>Sembiyev.<\/p>\n

Since April 2022, ‘Hobbit’ has been a part of Cloud9’s <\/strong>roster. During this time, the North American organization made headlines by acquiring the renowned Gambit <\/strong>roster.<\/p>\n

After Denis ‘electroNic\u00e2\u0081\u00a0‘ <\/strong>Sharipov joined in 2023, the team had high expectations but didn’t perform well together. They only had a few bright spots, like reaching the quarter-finals at the Copenhagen Major<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cloud9 <\/strong>made a surprising transfer by selling ‘electroNic’ <\/strong>to Virtus.pro<\/strong> with two months left in the season. Later, ‘HObbit’ <\/strong>and Ilya ‘Perfecto\u00e2\u0081\u00a0‘ <\/strong>Zalutskiy were benched, and it took almost three months to fill their spots.<\/p>\n

On 1WIN<\/strong>, ‘Hobbit’ <\/strong>will be reuniting with his former teammate, ‘buster’<\/strong>, whom he played alongside during their time at Cloud9 <\/strong>for six months in early 2023.<\/p>\n
