DRILLAS <\/strong>have made an announcement regarding their participation in the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024<\/strong> Asia RMR campaign. They have revealed that ‘SENER1’ <\/strong>will be taking the place of ‘AMSALEM’ <\/strong>for the event, which is scheduled to commence on November 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘SENER1’<\/strong>, a well-known player from the disbanded Bad News Eagles<\/strong>, has made a comeback after four months of inactivity. The Kosovar squad disbanded due to the loss of organizational support. ‘SENER1’ <\/strong>has joined a new team to take the place of ‘AMSALEM’, who was the second-lowest rated player on DRILLAS <\/strong>with an average rating of 1.09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In August, the DRILLAS <\/strong>project, supported by the German streamer ‘ohnePixel’<\/strong>, was launched with the goal of securing a spot in the Major tournament by competing in the Middle East qualifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After advancing through the open stage, they secured the only RMR spot in the Middle East RMR Closed Qualifier by defeating Onyx Ravens<\/strong>. Following this, the team competed in online cups with limited success and made a roster change before their trip to China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘SENER1’<\/strong>, previously listed as a substitute on the team’s Asia RMR roster, will now step in to replace ‘AMSALEM’ <\/strong>for all upcoming team events, including the RMR tournament in Shanghai<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Asia RMR tournament is scheduled to take place from November 11th to 13th. Volodymyr ‘Woro2k’ <\/strong>Veletniuk’s team is considered an underdog in the competition, vying for one of the three highly sought-after Major spots. DRILLAS’ <\/strong>first match in Shanghai <\/strong>will be against Lynn Vision<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
