Sashi <\/strong>has revealed the signing of Alexander ‘Altekz’ <\/strong>Givskov and has benched Oliver ‘kwezz’ <\/strong>Rasmussen to accommodate the addition of the 21-year-old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The announcement follows just a few days after Sashi <\/strong>was knocked out of the Perfect World<\/strong> Shanghai Major Europe RMR B<\/strong>, where the Danish team fought hard to achieve a 2-2 record<\/strong>, ultimately losing to Spirit at the last stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sashi <\/strong>welcomed its newest roster, which included ‘kwezz’<\/strong>, in April 2024 by signing the entire Espionage team. The squad quickly achieved success for its new organization by securing the YaLLa Compass Spring<\/strong> title and achieving several more deep runs in online competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Danes secured spots in two international LAN events early during their tenure with Sashi<\/strong>, namely YaLLa Compass <\/strong>and the Esports World Cup<\/strong>, but they didn’t achieve significant success aside from winning a map against Astralis in the first event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sashi’s <\/strong>initial achievements propelled the organization to a high ranking of No. 27<\/strong>. Still, performance declined after the Esports World Cup,<\/strong> causing the team to fall out of the top 50 <\/strong>shortly before their RMR campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Altekz’ <\/strong>comes on board after recently playing for TSM<\/strong>, although he has previous experience with Astralis <\/strong>and Preasy <\/strong>on his resume. The Danish player recorded a noteworthy 1.05 rating <\/strong>with TSM <\/strong>but was placed on the bench in favor of William ‘sirah\u2060’ Kj\u00e6rsgaard after just two months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sashi <\/strong>team is well-acquainted with Altekz<\/strong>, who previously showcased his skills as a rifler during the YaLLa Compass Summer <\/strong>tournament and the FASTCUP CSGORUN Cup<\/strong> held in late September. Unfortunately, both of these campaigns ended in disappointing early exits for the team, highlighting their challenges in those competitive matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
