Passion UA<\/strong> has revealed that they are adding Oleksii ‘Topa’ <\/strong>Topchiienko to their team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new player will take over as the in-game leader of the squad, stepping in for Rodion ‘\u2060fear\u2060’ <\/strong>Smyk following the announcement that the passionate former captain is departing the team to pursue opportunities at a higher level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Topa’ <\/strong>has been active in the lower divisions since 2018. He began his career as part of two academy teams, Windigo Academy and NAVI Junior<\/strong>, and then moved between various teams during 2021-2022, with a notable participation in the IEM Rio 2022 RMR<\/strong> while playing for FANTASY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 25-year-old recently played for IKLA <\/strong>alongside players such as Micha\u0142 ‘\u2060MICHU\u2060’ <\/strong>M\u00fcller and Jonas ‘\u2060Lekr0\u2060’ <\/strong>Olofsson. His one-year stint there concluded at the start of 2024 when the organization shut down, and he has faced difficulties in securing a new team since then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has now joined Passion UA<\/strong> as part of a restructuring of the team. They are still looking for the final element after Vsevolod ‘\u2060s-chilla’\u2060 <\/strong>Shchurov opted to step away from competition, mentioning the challenging schedule the team kept up with over the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
