HEROIC <\/strong>has revealed their new lineup, incorporating Sangal’s <\/strong>trio of Linus ‘LNZ’ <\/strong>Holt\u00e4ng, Simon ‘yxngstxr’ <\/strong>Boije, and Yasin ‘xfl0ud’ <\/strong>Ko\u00e7, together with \u00c1lvaro ‘SunPayus’ <\/strong>Garc\u00eda and Andrey ‘tN1R’ <\/strong>Tatarinovich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the announcement, it was revealed that Linus ‘nilo’ <\/strong>Bergman and Pavle ‘Maden’ <\/strong>Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 will serve as substitutes for HEROIC <\/strong>during the upcoming BLAST Bounty<\/strong> campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The updated roster mainly aligns with a prior announcement from Sheep Esports<\/strong>, but ‘nilo’ <\/strong>is not included in the starting team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The future plans for HEROIC’s <\/strong>roster remain uncertain, as they have designated two notable substitutes. ‘nilo’ <\/strong>is regarded as one of Europe’s most promising talents, while ‘Maden’ <\/strong>played a key role in helping ENCE <\/strong>secure victory at IEM Dallas<\/strong> and reach a peak of 2nd in the world rankings in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By acquiring Sangal’s <\/strong>core, HEROIC <\/strong>has guaranteed multiple tournament invitations for the forthcoming season, specifically for BLAST Bounty<\/strong> and ESL Pro League Season 21<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sangal was among the top tier-two teams in 2024, clinching numerous CCT<\/strong> tournaments and securing two seasons of ECL<\/strong>. However, they faced challenges in translating that success to tier-one competitions, getting eliminated early in EPL 20 <\/strong>and missing out on qualifications for both Majors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘SunPayus’ <\/strong>has rejoined former ENCE <\/strong>coach Eetu ‘sAw’ <\/strong>Saha at HEROIC<\/strong>, and the Spaniard aims to regain the performance he showcased while under sAw’s <\/strong>guidance, which earned him recognition as the 6th-best player of 2023. ‘SunPayus’ <\/strong>faced difficulties with his form last year while competing for Falcons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completing the lineup is ‘tN1R’<\/strong>, a 23-year-old veteran who has played for various mid-level Russian-speaking teams throughout his career. During the latter half of 2024, he was with GUN5<\/strong>, where he maintained an impressive average rating of 1.20<\/strong> while competing in a combination of tier-two and tier-three online tournaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
