Into the Breach has announced that Kamil ‘\u2060reiko\u2060’ <\/strong>Cegie\u0142ko will take the place of Flatron ‘juanflatroo\u2060’ <\/strong>Halimi. The Polish player had already participated in multiple official matches for Into the Breach <\/strong>in the final days of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘reiko’ <\/strong>began his professional journey with Polish teams HONORIS <\/strong>and Anonymo<\/strong>, but faced challenges in securing a stable position in 2024. Most recently, he played for Revenant<\/strong>, maintaining an average rating of 1.15<\/strong> while participating in a combination of tier-two and tier-three online events in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Into the Breach<\/strong> has revealed that ‘juanflatroo’ <\/strong>has left the team “for a new opportunity,” concluding his seven-month tenure with the organization. The details of juanflatroo’s <\/strong>new opportunity have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘juanflatroo’ <\/strong>became part of Into the Breach in June during a roster overhaul that started with the acquisition of Owen ‘\u2060smooya\u2060’ <\/strong>Butterfield. Dionis ‘sinnopsyy\u2060’ <\/strong>Budeci, a former teammate of ‘juanflatroo’ <\/strong>from Guild Eagles<\/strong>, along with Nicolas ‘\u2060Keoz\u2060’ <\/strong>Dgus, who previously played for GamerLegion<\/strong>, were also included in the rebuild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Into the Breach<\/strong> encountered difficulties in achieving positive results with their new lineup, resulting in Mohammad ‘\u2060BOROS\u2060’ <\/strong>Malhas being swiftly benched. Hristiyan ‘REDSTAR\u2060’ <\/strong>Pironkov stepped in to take the place of the Jordanian rifler, but the team’s performance did not significantly improve, as they consistently exited CCT-level tournaments<\/strong> early and struggled to enter the top 50 of HLTV’s global rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In November, it was revealed that ‘juanflatroo’ <\/strong>would be stepping back from competition due to “a couple of exhausting months\/year,” which meant that Into the Breach<\/strong> participated in their final events of 2024 without the 27-year-old. ‘reiko’ <\/strong>has been competing for Into the Breach <\/strong>in their recent matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
