These teams will vie for the majority of a <strong>$1,250,000 <\/strong>prize pool. The events for 2027 are planned for <strong>February 8-22<\/strong> and <strong>March 16-29<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement also mentioned a revision to <strong>PGL&#8217;s <\/strong>rulebook. The new rule specifies that &#8220;a team will not receive an invitation if they accepted the previous invitation for a <strong>PGL <\/strong>event they were qualified for but did not attend.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly implemented rule is likely intended to penalize teams that pull out <strong>of <\/strong>PGL events at the last minute.
