Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The BLAST Open Lisbon<\/strong>, an S-Tier event, will take place from March 19 <\/strong>to March 30<\/strong>. Sixteen teams will compete for a total prize pool of $400,000<\/strong>, with the champion receiving $150,000<\/strong>. The Group Stage <\/strong>will occur at BLAST Studios<\/strong> in Copenhagen between March 19<\/strong> and March 24<\/strong>, while the Playoffs <\/strong>will be hosted at MEO Arena<\/strong> in Lisbon from March 28<\/strong> to March 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Favorites and Underdogs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The most significant underdogs from the list of competing teams are The Huns<\/strong>, Imperial<\/strong>, M80<\/strong>, and FURIA<\/strong>; these four teams have struggled to progress in recent tournaments and have had poor outcomes against elite teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Liquid<\/strong>, Falcons<\/strong>, Astralis, <\/strong>and Virtus.pro<\/strong> are also underdogs if we talk about the fight for the trophy. They have a good chance to make it to the playoff stage, but it will be hard for them to get close to the trophy as there are much better teams. Even though these four teams can give a fight to anyone on a good day, it’s not consistent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
G2<\/strong>, TheMongolZ<\/strong>, FaZe<\/strong>, and Eternal Fire<\/strong> are favorites to make it to the playoff stage since they made it most of the time at the recent tournaments and are consistent enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Natus Vincere<\/strong>, MOUZ<\/strong>, Spirit<\/strong>, and Vitality <\/strong>are the favorites to win the trophy. Vitality <\/strong>seems unstoppable at the moment, having won two tournaments in a row, leaving no chance for their opponents in the Grand Final <\/strong>matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
