Aurora <\/strong>has revealed the surprising acquisition of the complete Eternal Fire <\/strong>team along with coach Sezgin ‘\u2060Fabre’ <\/strong>Kalayc\u0131 after putting their mostly Russian roster on the bench earlier on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The announcement marks the conclusion of the team’s time with the Turkish organization, which started in 2021 when Eternal Fire <\/strong>joined CS <\/strong>with a roster led by Ismailcan ‘\u2060XANTARES\u2060’ <\/strong>D\u00f6rtkarde\u015f. The 29-year-old star remained with the team for more than three and a half years, contributing to their achievement as the first Turkish squad to compete in a Big Event final and make it to the Major playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Turkish squad has consistently been a presence in top-tier playoffs since they brought on Samet ‘\u2060jottAAA\u2060’ <\/strong>K\u00f6kl\u00fc during the winter offseason. Throughout their hectic tournament schedule, Engin ‘\u2060MAJ3R\u2060’ <\/strong>K\u00fcpeli’s team participated in five straight playoffs, ensuring their spot for an Austin Major Stage 3<\/strong> invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although they have not yet resolved their issues with performing in arenas, as they have yet to achieve a victory in front of an audience, the Turkish team demonstrated that they deserve a place among the elite in the scene and have climbed into the top five of HLTV and Valve’s world rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
