The event will take place from November 30 to December 15, 2024, featuring an opening stage and a main event.<\/p>\n<p>The Opening Stage is expected to occur from <strong>November 30 to December 3<\/strong>, the Elimination Stage will be played from <strong>December 5 to 8<\/strong>, and the playoffs will run from <strong>December 10 to 15<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"_44tKOV3EvA2Ivv21VkJmnQ==\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/blix.gg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/4bdd0fe4050a9b4e.jpeg\"> <span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>Oriental Sports Center will host the CS2 Shanghai Major playoffs. Inside the center, there is an indoor stadium with <strong>18,000 seats<\/strong>. There, the main stage of the upcoming major will be placed.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming years, the majors are scheduled for the end of the competition seasons&#8217;\u0094before the summer and winter vacations of eSportsmen. Each region, Europe, America, and Asia, have qualifiers and RMR events.<\/p>\n<p>Under the current format, all participants must qualify through the RMR (Regional Major Ranking) system, and there will be no exceptions.<\/p>\n<p>If everything stays the same, we can expect twenty-four tournament participants.
