Virtus.pro<\/strong> has been invited to participate in the 2024 Thunderpick World Championship<\/strong>, as confirmed by the tournament’s organizer. This invitation has increased the number of competing teams to 11 for the highly anticipated $850,000 <\/strong>competition.<\/p>\n

Virtus.pro<\/strong>, currently ranked 11th in the world, is set to join a prestigious lineup of teams for an upcoming tournament. This esteemed list includes powerhouse teams such as Cloud9, BIG<\/strong>, M80<\/strong>, and Falcons<\/strong>. Hailing from Russia, Virtus.pro<\/strong> was last spotted competing in ESL Pro League 20<\/strong> and will be diving straight into this tournament fresh off their participation in IEM Rio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Thunderpick World Championship<\/strong>is set to take place from October 21-26. The tournament will kick off with a double-elimination group stage, consisting of four groups, each comprising four teams.<\/p>\n

Each group’s top two performing teams will advance to the single-elimination playoffs. The highly anticipated semi-final matches and the ultimate grand-final showdown will be held at LVL <\/strong>in Berlin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
