He did <strong>not want to be in a role <\/strong>where \u201cperformance-related work\u201d was not what he&#8217;d do. In other words, he wants to be involved in the <strong>team\u2019s potential success.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THREAT has been a part of NiP in various positions in the last couple of years. In fact, he has been a <strong>part of the organization since 2016<\/strong>, even though it was on and off. He became the <strong>head coach in 2016<\/strong> and held the role <strong>until 2018<\/strong>. After that, he was also in the role between 2020 and 2021 and <strong>helped the team win 5 big trophies<\/strong>. This also includes IEM Oakland 2016 and 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that he leaves the organization, THREAT will have to look for new options. We do not have any information about what&#8217;s next, and the <strong>player himself said that he is \u201cstill figuring that out\u201d.<\/strong> He even mentioned that it is possible to get involved in something outside of esports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last couple of years have not been that good for NiP. The team <strong>failed to win<\/strong> any of the big tournaments and <strong>did not achieve any top placings <\/strong>either.
