BIG <\/strong>has signed Rigon ‘rigoN’ <\/strong>Gashi to their CS2 <\/strong>roster, replacing David ‘prosus’ <\/strong>Hesse, who was benched. This is the fourth change in the squad in six months, following the signings of Florian ‘syrsoN’<\/strong> Rische and Jon ‘JDC’<\/strong> de Castro in February and the departure of head coach Fatih ‘gob b’<\/strong> Dayik in May.<\/p>\n

Following a series of disappointing results, such as BIG’s<\/strong> failure to qualify for PGL Major Copenhagen<\/strong>, the team achieved a top-16 finish at the ESL Pro League <\/strong>and a top-eight placing at IEM Dallas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Since the end of May, ‘rigoN’ <\/strong>had been without a team after ending his more than two-and-a-half-year stint with Guild Eagles<\/strong>, formerly known as the Bad News Eagles<\/strong> and BLINK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In 2022 and 2023, the Swiss-Kosovar rifler attended three consecutive Major Legends Stages with a team before joining GUILD <\/strong>in November. However, Guild Eagles <\/strong>failed to qualify for PGL Major Copenhagen<\/strong>, leading to the release of the roster and the players going their separate ways.<\/p>\n

Although he is best known for his time with the Kosovar squad, ‘rigoN’ <\/strong>has his roots in the German scene. He is a native German speaker and has played for teams such as DIVIZON <\/strong>and Planetkey <\/strong>from 2016 to 2018.<\/p>\n
