G2 Esports star player Nikola “NiKo” Kova\u00c4\u008d has announced he will stay in G2 Esports’\u0099 Counter-Strike roster despite rumors of a transfer to Team Falcons. Earlier, according to insider Guillaume “neL” Canelo<\/a>, the Saudi Arabian esports organization paid the buyout clause of the Bosnian player “a sum measured in millions”.<\/p>\n

However, later neL disavowed his own insider information<\/a>. He said that NiKo decided to stay in G2 because he wants to continue performing in the same squad with Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov.<\/p>\n

Later NiKo himself and G2 informed the player to stay with the organization. G2 released a humorous video about this. <\/p>\n

It remains unclear what steps Falcons will take now. On November 5, they benched four of their five players<\/a> ‘\u0093 Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt, Alexandre “bodyy” Pianaro, Lauren\u00c8\u009biu “lauNX” \u00c8\u009a\u00c3\u00a2rlea and Mi\u00c5\u0082osz “mhL” Knasiak.
