TheMongolZ

They did great at the group stage of IEM Dallas 2025 and won against FURIA and G2 before meeting the unstoppable team Vitality. Still, even though it was clear as day that Vitality was the favorite to win, TheMongolZ managed to make it as close as possible to the third map, ending up losing with a score of 11-13 on the decider map. This was a clear showing that TheMongolZ are in good shape right now as they can give the best team in the world a close fight.

‘bLitz’ was leading the scoreboard for his team. It is incredible to see the in-game leader also being a frag leader in the game. ‘mzinho’ and ‘910’ were the second and third-best players in that match against Vitality. 

Aurora

Compared to TheMongolZ, Aurora didn’t have a chance to show themselves as much as TheMongolZ. Aurora didn’t meet that strong of opponents at this tournament, and the teams they had to play at the group stage were NRG, Liquid, and HEROIC. They lost one map against HEROIC, but other than that, they crushed their opponents.

As for the Aurora players’ form, it seems that ‘XANTARES’ and ‘jotAAA’ are the ones to lead the team at this tournament, both of them in good form, while ‘Wicadia’ is their third-best player at this tournament. Even though both ‘MAJ3R’ and ‘woxic’ had negative scores by the end of the match, they’re support players and did their job pretty well to support their star players.

Considering that the last two times these two teams met, either team scored 2-0, TheMongolZ used to pick map Inferno in this tournament, and Aurora found this map less comfortable, we expect it to give a little advantage to TheMongolZ if they go for the Inferno map pick. The rest of the maps are even for both teams. We expect TheMongolZ to win this match.
