It's no secret that Counter-Strike 2 is an excellent first-person shooter and a platform for self-expression.
Players use weapon skins and different gloves and even select individual players for special forces and terrorists to match their unique styles.
One way to customize weapons is with stickers. Players can use stickers to decorate guns and show support for eSports teams or honor special events.
The price of stickers starts from 0.01 dollars and ends with tens of thousands or even more. So this way of showing individuality will be available to everyone.

How To Get Stickers in CS2
Stickers in CS2 can be obtained in several ways:
- Players can buy sticker capsules in the in-game store or on the trading floor;
- A player can get a sticker by trading with other players;
- A player can get a sticker capsule at significant tournaments for specific actions.
Please note that, unlike skins, stickers cannot be used in Trade Up contracts - exchanging ten items of the same type and rarity for one item one rarity level higher. In addition, the player cannot get stickers in the weekly drop.
Types of Stickers in CS2
To find a suitable sticker, you need to know what criteria to use to look for it. This can be done by dividing stickers by different criteria.
The first and easiest option for finding stickers is by price. The player can set his budget for buying stickers and choose them from the desired range.
The second option is to find a sticker by its name or collection. For example, type the name "Cedar Creek" into the search. If the player is interested in a specific collection, you can select the right filter, for example, "ESL One Cologne 2014".
The third option is to search for stickers by rarity. There are five options in total:
- Extraordinary
Rare and expensive stickers are often collected. - Exotic
These stickers are rare, but there are more than the first type. - Remarkable
Typical stickers, the price of which depends on the idea and design. - High Grade
The most common stickers in the game are most often cheap. - Contraband
The only sticker is Howling Dawn.
You can also search for stickers by their style. There are a total of 7 styles in CS2:
Paper - stickers without any effects.
Glossy - stickers shine as if they are the reflection of metal or glass.
Glitter - these stickers shimmer depending on how light falls on them.
Holographic - change color.
Foil - reflect light like metal.
Gold - similar to the previous ones, but in gold color.
Lenticular - depending on what angle you look at the sticker from, it changes appearance.
Update on the Sticker System
Old sticker system
The CS2 update didn't just affect gameplay or sound. Changes have also been made to the stickers in the game.
If earlier, you could put only four stickers on all weapons, except R8 and G3SG1, as in the first picture, now there are five stickers. In addition, to make the sticker look better on the weapon, it can be scaled, rotated, and placed wherever the player wants. Previously, these actions were only available in some places. The sticker was attached to a particular place.
Players have been given complete freedom to customize their weapons. However, there may still be some tweaks to how the stickers work.
