Team Falcons has officially denied swirling transfer rumors involving their Counter-Strike 2 roster, reaffirming their commitment to the current lineup as the competitive season approaches.
In a wave of social media activity on December 22, Musaed “Msdossary” Al-Dossary – Falcons’ Chairman – and Xavier Roussac, the club’s CS operations manager, took to X to directly address speculation that has been circulating about potential roster moves. Both executives made it clear that no transfer talks are ongoing and no changes are planned.
What Sparked the Rumors?

Earlier this week, unverified reports began circulating on social media and niche channels linking Falcons to potential interest in two high-profile players:
- Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo – the MOUZ standout, whose name surfaced as a possible signing target; and
- Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen – the veteran from Natus Vincere, rumored to be eyed as a replacement for Falcons’ current in-game leader role.
Despite the buzz, Falcons’ leadership stressed that these connections do not reflect any actual negotiations or serious intent to pursue roster changes.
Falcons Staying Loyal

The denial comes at a time when Falcons’ roster, featuring names like Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, Nikola “NiKo” Kovač, and Maxim “kyousuke” Lukin, has demonstrated strong results throughout 2025. Notably, the team captured its first trophy at the PGL Bucharest studio event and reached several finals, though it fell short at the StarLadder Budapest Major late in the year.
Falcons have been known over the past few seasons for actively reshuffling their lineups, but the organisation’s leadership insists that the current squad represents their best chance for success heading into the new year. Management also pointed to the team’s cohesion and past achievements as key reasons for rejecting disruption at this stage.
What This Means for Falcons Fans
With the official statements now out in the open, Falcons supporters can expect stability rather than upheaval during this winter break. The club has made it clear that the current CS2 roster will stay intact as they prepare for upcoming competitions in early 2026.
