JiJieHao has decided to move Markus ‘Kjaerbye’ Kjærbye to the bench, indicating a change in their lineup. Although the team has not officially announced a replacement, they have registered Viktor ‘Duplicate’ Mitev as their fifth player for the upcoming Arabia RMR open qualifier for the Perfect World Shanghai Major. This move suggests a shift in the team’s roster and strategy as they prepare for the upcoming major tournament.
In late June, ‘Kjaerbye’ officially became a part ofJiJieHao after being teamless for almost two years. His most recent team was Endpoint in September 2022, and he also participated in the Esports World Cup MENA closed qualifier in April.
During the Esports World Cup, Kjaerbye’s team JiJieHaomade their only recorded LAN appearance on HLTV. Unfortunately, they were eliminated after losing a best-of-one (BO1) match to Sashi. ‘Kjaerbye’ struggled in this game, achieving a 0.63 rating and securing only seven frags across 21 rounds.
