Legacy has revealed the acquisition of Lucas ‘lux’ Meneghini from paiN, restoring their roster to full strength once more.
‘lux’ is now the second player to join Legacy, following Vinicius ‘n1ssim’ Pereira, who became part of the Brazilian organization on Thursday. The move to a new team brings a shift in responsibilities for ‘lux’, as he will assume the role of in-game leader for his new team.
The 22-year-old has come to Legacy from paiN, where he achieved an average rating of 1.12 throughout 2024. He assisted the Brazilian team in participating in both Majors and almost secured a spot in the IEM Cologne playoffs, but it appeared that he was not part of the organization’s plans for 2025.
Currently, paiN is expected to substitute ‘lux’ with David ‘dav1deuS’ Tapia Maldonado, who is anticipated to be officially announced soon.
