Virtus.pro has decided to part ways with Nikolay 'mir' Bityukov after he spent three months on the bench of the Russo-Armenian organization.
After gaining recognition with Vega Squadron in 2016, the 28-year-old player struggled to stand out individually during his time with VP. However, the team's performance has taken a downturn since he was replaced by Denis 'electroNic' Sharipov in June.
Before the infamous game crash on Inferno versus G2, with Virtus.pro, he achieved victory at ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 as well as several online cups. It was a heartbreaking moment for him as he was denied his first-ever Major playoff appearance due to Dzhami 'Jame' Ali's game crash.
