Liquid has revealed the signing of Guy ‘NertZ’ Iluz, aiming to restore their roster to full capacity following the exit of Mareks ‘YEKINDAR’ Gaļinskis.
‘NertZ’ is anticipated to bring significant strength to the Liquid lineup, having achieved an average rating of 1.14 while playing for HEROIC in 2024 and just falling short of making it onto the Top 20 players of the year list.
The in-game positions in the new Liquid might become an issue, as Twistzz’s team doesn’t have a typical entry fragger.
‘NertZ’ is set to take over for ‘YEKINDAR’ on the active roster, following the announcement of his departure at the end of December after the Latvian experienced a difficult conclusion to his tenure with the Dutch organization.
The modification might provide Liquid with the chance to qualify for the Major as a team from Asia, considering they currently have two players from that region.
