TSM has made an announcement regarding the addition of William ‘sirah’ Kjærsgaard to their team from MOUZ NXT. The 17-year-old will be taking the place of Alexander ‘Altekz’ Givskov in the starting roster.
TSM’s stand-in player ‘sirah’ officially substituted for Valdemar ‘valde’ Bjørn VangsÃ¥ in a match against Sashi during the Elisa Invitational Fall. TSM unfortunately lost the series 0-2, with the scores being 11-13 on Inferno and 1-13 on Nuke.
The up-and-coming Danish player is the most recent addition to the distinguished lineage of individuals who have successfully completed the MOUZ NXT program. Currently, four members of the MOUZ lineup originally honed their skills with the organization on the NXT roster. Meanwhile, ‘Chr1zN’ and ‘Nexius’ are the latest talents to emerge from the program, having recently signed with OG after showcasing their potential over the past few months.
TSM has recruited ‘sirah’ to join their team after struggling to find a winning formula since re-entering CS in the latter half of 2023. Over the last 12 months, TSM has had 16 different coaches and players take the field.
Before transitioning to a predominantly Danish lineup in July, TSM had struggled to make an impact on the global rankings with their international rosters, often finding themselves ranked well below the top 50 teams in the world.
Ever since TSM added ‘acoR’, ‘Altekz’, and ‘niko’â , they have become a more formidable team, achieving success in tier two online competitions and winning events like European Pro League 2nd Division and SkinClub Summer Cup. They rose to No. 39 in the world rankings and qualified for the Perfect World Shanghai Major Europe RMR.
After a tenure of just over two months, ‘Altekz’ has left the team. During their time with the team, ‘Altekz’ held the position of the second-lowest-rated player after ‘niko’, maintaining an average rating of 1.07 over 113 maps.
