Just days after the end of the Dota 2 Esports World Cup 2025, it’s time for another big tournament. What’s different from this event is that it takes place in China, and it is the Clavision DOTA2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi. Clavision DOTA2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi – Overview, Format & Prize Pool
Clavision DOTA 2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi will be a tournament in Zhangjiakou, China. Organized by Clavision, the event is backed up by ZOWIE, Razor, Taobao Super Deal, Vidda, and other big companies.
The tournament will have a Group Stage (From July 28-30) and Playoffs from July 31 until August 3, 2025. We will have a total of 10 Dota 2 teams that will compete for a $700,000 prize pool at the Bo Ao Indoor Stadium.
Speaking of the Group Stage, we will have two groups of 5 teams each that will play in a single round-robin. All games are in Bo3 and the top teams from each group will advance to the semifinals of the Upper bracket. Those who finish 2nd and 3rd will go to Upper Bracket quarterfinals, whereas the rest will advance to the Lower Bracket.
After it’s time for the Group Stage, we will have the classic double-elimination bracket with Bo3 matches. Once the Grand Final is here, there will be a Bo5 clash.
The $700,000 prize pool is divided as follows:

- 2nd Place – $126,000
- 3rd Place – $87,500
- 4th Place – $63,000
- 5th-6th Place – $43,750
- 7th-8th Place – $36,750
- 9th-10th Place – $24,500

An interesting fact is that the English broadcast of the Clavision DOTA2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi will be operated by Bkop and malibujesus on their streams. In terms of commentators, we won’t find the usual names. Instead, we will see the two mentioned above and roho.

The WEU squad is not in its best form right now, but it has always had solid results against some of the best teams in China. With that said, both XG and Yakult Brothers have what it takes to finish first, so the battle will be fierce.

As for the second group at the Clavision DOTA2 Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi, we have these teams:
