A few days before the arrival of the Dota 2 Wandering Waters update, Valve decided to release a small bug fix update. This was expected, considering the number of changes players had to deal with. We won’t go over all of the changes, but some are more important than others, so let’s dive in.
Dota 2 Patch 7.38 bug Fixes
Before looking at all of the bug fixes in Patch 7.38, let’s look at some of the more intriguing options.
- Tormentor’s spawning in undesirable locations while using the demo mode has been fixed. Although this does not seem that important, it was a very annoying bug that we’re happy is no longer a part of the game.
- The Ironwood trees will now provide an extended healing duration when consumed with Tango. Once again, this was an annoying bug that caused some problems when playing.
- Morphling’s Morph issues have been resolved, and it’s safe to say that this is among the most important bug fixes in the new Dota 2 Update. Morphling was really hard to play before because he couldn’t change his stats properly.
- Players who’ve decided to try Dazzle after the new update probably noticed that he had a lot of bugs. Fortunately, Valve decided to address that and fixed all sorts of things, especially with Nothl Projection. The latter used to put Aeon Disc and Refresher Orb on cooldown, granting more TP scrolls, and more.
- The same is true for Dragon Knight. DK’s Knight Wyrm’s Wrath received several crucial fixes, and the ability is finally working as intended.
Closing Thoughts
These are just some of the bug fixes Valve gave us access to after the small update. We at Blix believe that there will be at least a few more similar updates in the next couple of days, so we’ll keep an eye on everything. Also, we are confident that the 7.38b is on its way soon because Valve usually releases it a couple of days after the new big update.
