ESL, as an ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022 tournament organizer, has not yet paid the prize money of â¬5,000 to the eSport Rhein-Neckar team, according to Dota 2 player Glib “Funn1k” Lipatnikov.
He noted that the event took place last fall, but the prize money has not been paid out after eight months.
eSport Rhein-Neckar took second place in that Tier-3 tournament, losing to IVY in the Grand Final. The tournament is held for German teams as part of the ESL National Championships.
30-year-old Funn1k has been playing for B8 since December to this July. After leaving the Ukrainian esports organization, he is looking for a team to play qualification for The International 2023.
