The Ukrainian multi-gaming esports organization Natus Vincere has bought out a contract of cybercats' carry Maxim "Shigetsu" Popadinec for PuckChamp Dota 2 team, Russian outlet "Cyber" reported citing own sources.
According to the outlet, Shigetsu will play with PuckChamp all next DPC season.
Insiders have been linking NAVI and PuckChamp for a long time. In December 2021, there were rumors that the Ukrainian club supported the team.
As part of the cybercats, Shigetsu entered the top 3 of the DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division II.
PuckChamp placed fourth in the DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division II and made it into the top 8 of the regional qualifiers for The International 2022.
