PGL Wallachia Season 6 Overview
The 6th season of the massive Dota 2 competition will take place between November 11 and 23 in Bucharest, Romania. It will feature 16 Dota 2 teams that will play for $1,000,000. As always, it will be an offline event that will have a Swiss group stage and double-elimination playoffs.
The Groyp Stage will be a slightly modified version of the Swiss System, featuring all 16 teams. They will play in Bo3 matches, and the best 8 will advance to the Playoffs. All of the remaining teams will be eliminated, so they need to step up their game.
The PGL Wallachia Season 6 Playoffs will be a classic – Bo3 series in all games except for the Bo5 Grand Final. The teams will compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool, with the winner receiving a total of $300,000.

Everyone who’s been following the professional Dota 2 scene in the last couple of months knows that the list of teams means only one thing – we can expect to watch epic matches. It goes without saying that some of the teams are in a better position to win this event, so let’s share a few words.
Originally, Aurora Gaming also had to be on the list, but the team was unable to make it. That’s why the organization behind the operator added Xtreme Gaming, the Chinese powerhouse.
Team Spirit
Although TS did not perform well at TI14, the team made some roster changes that significantly strengthened it. The new roster has yet to shine because it has not won a big event, but we expect this to happen very soon. Since Team Falcons won’t be around, Spirit will have a much higher chance of succeeding.
PARIVISION
Until TI 2025, PARIVISION was one of the best Dota 2 teams in the world. The squad had little to no issues in most events and won countless competitions. Even though the last two months have not been the best for the team, PARIVISION remains one of the favorites. The team already has experience with this tournament series because it got 2nd place at PGL Wallachia Season 4.
BetBoom Team
The EEU team has had some of the most stable results lately and the last big event proved it. BetBoom team recently finished 2nd at the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2, and before that, the team also won the PGL Wallachia Season 5. It’s safe to say this is one of their most comfortable competitions, so we would not be surprised if the squad exceeds expectations.
Conclusion
Although Team Falcons won’t take part in this competition, PGL Wallachia Season 6 is definitely among the events that’re worth checking. It will include many of the big names right now, so we’ll have tons of epic matches to watch. Be on the lookout for our predictions because we will share more details about some of the hottest games.
