Team Spirit may be one step away from parting ways with Nikita “Panto” Balaganin. Although the club has not commented on the situation yet, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov shared some insights on his Telegram.
Team Spirit to Kick Panto
According to Maelstorm, the team is about to remove Panto from the roster because he feels like the player is in the same situation as last year. He is a temporary replacement of Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naydenov and it seems like he is not living up to the expectations. Maelstorm admitted that he sees the player is trying hard, but according to his opinion, the player does not deliver the results the team needs.
What’s even interesting is that Panto’s teammates are even praising him. Despite that, the chances of him staying with the club are slim unless Team Spirit improves its results drastically.
As mentioned, all of this information comes from the player’s Telegram channel, so nothing is official yet. What we do know is that Team Spirit is not living up to the expectations as of yet and is underperforming. Speaking of Team Spirit, the squad’s 2025 results have been good overall. The team won DreamLeague Season 25, as well as the Esports World Cup 2025. However, the team was unable to live up to the expectations at TI 2025.

Speaking of Team spirit, the squad recently revealed its Dota 2 Academy roster. The team will be coached by Danik “MeTTpuM” Gilev, and this will be important because some of the players involved could have the opportunity to play for the main team in the future.
