Rocket League
According to sources familiar with the situation, Exeed is set to farewell the Rocket League roster. A statement from the Italian organization about the Brazilian squad disbanding is expected soon.
While Exeed was in the scene, the team surprised everyone in the first regionals of 2023. The team surpassed teams like Ninjas in Pyjamas and KRÜ, teams theoretically more favorites than Exeed in the first regional (Winter Open). Jonathan “Klaus” Eduardo and his teammates wanted to show that this wasn’t a one-time show and had the same result as the first in the second regional, being only beaten in the grand finale.
An elimination in the quarterfinals of the third regional led the team to a tiebreaker with KRÜ to see who the second SAM representative in the Winter Major in San Diego would be.
Exeed wasn’t able to get the consistency of the winter regionals in the spring ones, being eliminated early in the competition.
Out of the Boston Spring Major, the organization is leaving the roster to explore options.
