As May 4 approaches, Fortnite is again joining forces with Star Wars. Epic Games is adding a slew of Star Wars-related quests, skins, and weapons to Battle Royale, and this time, that’s not all.

Chapter 6 of Season 3 will be all about Star Wars, so players can expect a Star Wars-themed Battle Pass and all sorts of named locations and landmarks. The Blix team will provide details on what you need to do to get a free First Order Stormtrooper outfit.

    Star Wars Animated Series

You can watch the first two episodes of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld, a new animated series about Star Wars villains, right in Fortnite.

You can catch the first two episodes of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld exclusively in Fortnite this Friday (10AM ET)!

Starting at 10 am ET on May 2, the cartoon will be available on the Star Wars Watch Party island inside Fortnite. This is the first-ever premiere of Project Disney+ inside a video game. You can also join by using the island code: 2124-6713-8076. On the other hand, Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld won’t debut on Disney+ until May 4.

The plot of “Tales of the Underworld” continues the tradition of animated anthologies such as “Tales of the Jedi” and “Tales of the Empire”. The main character of the new season will be Asajj Ventress, a former assassin and bounty hunter known from the animated series “The Clone Wars”.

Together with a new ally, she will have to hide from her pursuers, while another iconic character – Cad Bane – faces the ghosts of the past.

    Fortnite: Galactic Battle Theme Season

But first, Epic will release a brand new Star Wars themed season called Fortnite: Galactic Battle, which will launch on May 2.

Epic Games has published the roadmap for Season 3 of Chapter 6, which will consist of 5 stages! It’s worth noting that at the end of the season, we will be treated to a narrative event (in other words, a full-fledged story event is expected, which hasn’t happened in a very long time). During this chapter, we will wait for weekly content and gameplay updates.

The season will last 5 weeks, and each week will be dedicated to a different theme:

    • Imperial Takeover – May 2, 2025
    • The Pull of the Force – May 8, 2025
    • Mandalorian Rising – May 22, 2025
    • Star Destroyer Bombardment – May 29, 2025
    • Death Star Sabotage – June 7, 2025

Players will find Emperor Palpatine, Mace Windu, and Wookiee in the “Embrace Leader” costume in the battle pass. More X-Wing and TIE fighter flights and some themed locations will be added. The game will end with an event where players must decide the galaxy’s fate.

The turn-based tactical game Star Wars Zero Company from Bit Reactor, Respawn Entertainment, and Lucasfilm Games was also announced during Star Wars Celebration.

How to get a Free First Order Stormtrooper Outfit in Fortnite

To get a free Star Wars skin in Fortnite, players must link their Epic Games account to their MyDisney account to get a free Star Wars skin in Fortnite. Once they do this, they will be greeted with a free First Order Stormtrooper skin the next time they log into Fortnite. Here’s what the First Order Stormtrooper skin and its LEGO variant look like in Fortnite:

We’ll explain everything in detail. If you don’t have a Disney account, here’s a link to sign up.

To connect an Epic Games account to a MyDisney account, players must log into the Epic Games website, click on their username in the top right corner of the screen, and select Account.

    • Then select the Apps & Accounts tab.
    • Now, click on the Connect tab under the MyDisney logo
    • Follow the instructions to log in and connect your MyDisney account to your Epic Games account. Click the “Link Accounts” button to link the two accounts.
    • Your accounts are now linked, and your new equipment is available.

This promotional offer is only available for a limited time. Players have until August 31, 2025, to link their Epic Games and MyDisney accounts to get the First Order Stormtrooper skin for free in Fortnite. However, since the skins are not exclusive to Fortnite, they may return to the store later.

    Conclusion

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter last year, Disney chairman Josh D’Amaro called the Epic Games deal a question of the company’s future, comparing the push to Walt Disney’s sense of risk.

Just over a year ago, Disney announced a $1.5 billion investment in Epic, planning to create its new gaming universe with Disney intellectual property. We are seeing early results, and we like it.
