G2 has won on maps Inferno and Mirage with scores 16:7 and 16:12 respectively.
The winner takes home $500,000 prize money and the silver medalist $250,000.
17-year-old Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov from G2 became the MVP of the tournament.
Outsiders, winners of Rio Major 2022, couldn’t even advance from the group to the playoffs at this tournament. Two potential favorites, FaZe Clan and Natus Vincere, were eliminated in the semi-finals and quarter-finals, respectively.
