Following an announcement from Riot Games, it became clear that Marriott Bonvoy is the official partner of LEC for the 2025 Season. This is Marriott International’s travel program, and it was the event’s sponsor before. Aside from supporting one of League of Legends’s most popular competitions, players also have the chance to win different rewards, so here’s what to expect.
Free Hextech Chest and Key
Players who decide to create an account with Marriott Bonvoy will receive a free Hextech Chest and Key for their League of Legends account. Aside from that, this account will give people access to more than 10,000 hotels from around the world. Users will also get additional perks like exclusive room rates, reward points, free Wi-Fi, and more.
Those wishing to avail themselves of these rewards have to sign up by October 12, 2025. Players who decide to use the offers will receive them directly to their League of Legends loot tab. There will also be exclusive hotel and experience packages for the LEC Summer Finals 2025, which will take place in Madrid.
League of Legends fans may remember that Marriott Bonvoy partnered with LEC last year. In fact, it became LoL’s first-ever official hotel partner. It seems like the partnership was profitable for both parties because they’ve decided to do it again.
LEC 2025
Speaking of LEC 2025 in Madrid, the event will give us access to 10 teams that will play in a round-robin format. All matches will be played on the Hard Fearless Draft mode, meaning that champions can only be picked once by either team during a specific series.
