Hero-Specific Fixes
Loki
- Fixed an issue where Loki’s Ultimate Ability, God of Mischief transformation sometimes caused incorrect camera angles during Past Lives replays.
The Thing
- Adjusted the speed consistency of Embattled Leap across different player views in poor network conditions.

Venom
- Fixed a bug where Venom could become stuck in mid-air after using his Ultimate Ability, Feast of the Abyss under laggy conditions. Now, he transitions smoothly as intended.
Peni Parker
- Resolved an issue where Peni’s Arachno-Mines became invisible when landing outside Cyber-Webs after brushing over them;
- Fixed a bug where self-destructing Spider-Drones from Bionic Spider-Nest could clip through floors if webs were present above and below.
Namor
- Addressed a rare issue where Namor’s Ultimate Ability, Horn of Proteus occasionally dealt no damage when activated mid-air after being spat out by Jeff the Land Shark’s Ultimate, It’s Jeff.
Winter Soldier
- Fixed a problem where Bucky’s Tainted Voltage auto-reload could fail to trigger if he fired and immediately used his Trooper’s Fist ability;
- Resolved an issue where using Bionic Hook during slow-motion end of the match moments could cause abnormal arm animations in the next round.
Wolverine
- Fixed a rare discrepancy between animation and effects when Wolverine executed a dive from the highest point of his Ultimate Ability.
Hero Balance Adjustments
Human Torch
The youngest member of Marvels First Family receives a buff to his primary attack and Ultimate Ability, boosting his solo takedown potential:
- Increased Fire Cluster projectile speed from 120m/s to 150m/s and raised projectile count from 12 to 14;
- Increased the energy cost of Torch’s Ultimate, Supernova from 3400 to 4000, but increased activation wave damage from 70 to 80 and Flame Tornado damage from 100 per second to 120 per second.

Iron Man
Iron Man’s primary attack sees slight adjustments in both standard and Overdrive modes to give him some versatility in midrange firefights.
- Decreased Repulsor Blast Stage 1 and 2 direct hit damage from 55 to 40, but increased spell field damage from 35 to 50;
- Decreased Stage 3 direct hit damage from 65 to 50, but increased spell field damage from 40 to 60;
- Decreased Repulsor Blast (Armor Overdrive) direct hit damage from 55 to 50, but increased spell field damage from 55 to 65.
Cloak & Dagger
Cloak & Dagger are still one of the best Strategists in Marvel Rivals, but they have been hit a bit too hard in the last balance patch. They will have a bit more healing if you land your shots, but the developer team took some power away from somewhere else.
- Increased healing effect from Lightforce Dagger on hit allies from 10 to 16, but reduced the spell field healing amount generated by the hit from 18 to 16.
While this patch of Marvel Rivals is not as exciting as some previous ones, these types of maintenance updates are vital for the game. The few changes will help you some of the flying heroes of the game, hopefully bringing Johnny Storm into the spotlight in which The Thing Stands right now. The developers also promised some exciting changes coming up, so keep an eye out for other patches!
