Nuguri leaves DWG KIA

South-Korean esports organization DAMWON Gaming (also known as DWG KIA) has parted ways with Leauge of Legends player Jang "Nuguri" Ha-gwon.

According to DWG KIA, Nuguri became a free agent and that was the athlete's choice.

23-year-old Nuguri returned DWG KIA in March 2022 from FunPlus Phoenix. With him, the organization this year ranked 5th-8th at the 2022 World Championship, finished 4th at the LCK Summer 2022 and won LCK Regional Finals 2022.

Earlier, Nuguri also performed with DAMWON Gaming in 2017-2020.

DWG KIA's LoL roster is now:

  • Kim "Canyon" Geon-bu
  • Heo "ShowMaker" Su
  • Seo "deokdam" Dae-gil
  • Kim "Kellin" Hyeong-gyu
